Miranda is the assistant manager of Claws to Paws. She is involved in scheduling requests, interviewing and training dog walkers, as well as walking her own pack of dailies. Miranda has a special fondness towards Pit Bulls, German Shepherds and Huskies. Miranda likes to be busy and when she isn’t walking her dailies or taking care of vacation clients she is playing with her own dogs, Elliot and Rocko. Always happy and energetic, Miranda has been the Border Collie of our team for 6 years.
Rainy was born and raised in Sayreville NJ and that is where she hangs her hat. Rainy is happy when she is in the company of dogs, but she has also spent 20 years on a farm training horses, caring for pigs, chickens, goats and even Scottish Highland cattle. Rainy has worked as a vet tech and in her spare time she is a passionate wildlife/pet photographer. Rainy has two adult daughters and is a mom to Dude a Great Dane and Django a Dane Mix. Rainy’s husband, Mike, knows if he wants to spend any time with Rainy he needs to don his camouflage and be ready to head to a wildlife refuge, or Sandy Hook. In the 7 years, Rainy has been a dog handler for Claws to Paws she has yet to meet a dog she can’t handle. Rainy works weekdays walking dogs in the Sayreville and Parlin area.
Lisa was born and raised in sunny Long Beach, Ca. All her life she has adored and adopted fur friends; from cats, to bunnies, even birds and tarantulas!
Lisa lives in Laurence Harbor (Old Bridge) with son, and two adopted kitties, Ryder and Sully. She feels she has the best job in the world working as a pet sitter/dog walker for Claws to Paws! In February, Lisa will have been employed with us for 4 years.
On the side, Lisa enjoys singing and playing guitar, performing at local venues, and spending her rare downtime with family and friends. Lisa covers daily visits in Matawan, Aberdeen, Old Bridge and parts of Parlin.
Diana was born in Glen Ridge and raised in Matawan, NJ. She currently goes to school at Montclair State University getting her prerequisite for veterinary school out of the way while taking a marine biology degree. Diana has grown up with all types of dogs and other pets her whole life and currently has Spot, a Shih Tzu. She loves to rub the perfect spot on all pets. Diana has been part of our team for 3 years. She is filled with lots of energy and is ready to go on thrilling adventures walking dogs and pampering cats. Diana covers visits on Sundays year-round, and during all school breaks. Her clients say she is the “cats pajamas”
Meghan was born and raised in Matawan, NJ. She is currently attending The College of New Jersey and is getting her degree in Psychology, to then go on and get her masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. When Meghan was 5, her family adopted Corey, a Black Lab/German Shepherd who was her best friend growing up. Currently, Meghan has a hamster named Tequila and she is looking to rescue a puppy within the year. When Meghan is not in a class, or working, she likes to listen to music, go hiking, volunteering, hanging out with friends, or reading. She is excited to be working for Claws to Paws.
Lorraine is originally from Turnersville, NJ.
Has two Puggles, Chloe and Gemini, who are the best travel companions and snuggle buddies.
She works in corporate fitness and has been a Program Manager for the past 20 years.
For fun she loves playing ice hockey, competing for in Strongman competitions and riding her motorcycle. She also enjoys being an aunt to seven nieces and nephews and spending time with family in South Jersey.
